Weanlings and Yearlings
This grouping of animals, both males and females, are being weaned or have just reached their first birthday. They're our up and coming breeding stock and produce some of the best fiber we'll see in a season.

Onyx is a young black weanling out of Colorado Contessa and Abba's Black Knight. She is conformationally correct, strong of bone and carries the proud posture we've come to expect from Black Knight babies. Her fleece is true black and is showing very good crimp and a nice handle. She's a big girl, being weaned early due to her size, and should grow into a nice herd builder.
