Hermes is the "Big Daddy" here on the farm and quite the sexy beast.  He's a registered black that comes to us from Lisa Shell at Kai Ranch in Texas.  His offspring for us have included blacks, faded reds, whites, and black and white combinations.

His temperament is very mild and calm.  He respects humans' space, and is never pushy or aggressive in any way towards his care givers. We brought him home as a 3 year old buck from the Wool Market in Estes Park 3 years ago in back seat of my mother's car. He didn't fuss and rode home in grand style.

Sawyer is a young black yearling buck out of our Carmen and Hermes.  He's not breeding age yet, but another summer will make a big difference in him.  We're not in a position to use him, as he's related to most of our does, so he needs a nice home where he can become the "Big Daddy".

 Sawyer has his sire's calm and even temperament and long, long staple length.
